My before and after story…..For years I thought that career success meant getting promotions and increasing responsibility and working long hours. What I learned was that as I was promoted I got further and further removed from the work that I most enjoyed (working with the customer, the product, and being out in the market) and more and more sucked into the politics and meeting-going of corporate management. As a high achiever and a working mother I was determined to create a career that would help me be the best person I could be and therefore, the best mother that my children would know. I left the corporate world at the surprise of many onlookers and found a less traditional career path, each step creating more and more flexibility and new and exciting ways to serve others using my unique gifts. That creative path has led me here, to found Get Career Fit. My aim is to help you find the career fit that supports the life that you want to live. How do I do this?By using the same principles that helped me get the life I dreamed of:
